Information obtained in connection with potential mortgagors is confidential ("Consumer Information"). Brokers must comply with any applicable laws and regulations regarding the privacy and security of Consumer Information, not use Consumer Information in any manner inconsistent with such laws, and maintain adequate safeguards to protect Consumer Information from unauthorized access.
